ένα άμυαλο αντικείμενο που το κουρδίζεις να κάνει ό,τι το προστάξεις. σαν ρομπότ.
ταινία? για την ακρίβεια γεγονός.
μέχρι το θάνατο της ιδιοφυΐας είχε απαγορευτεί η προβολή της στη χώρα με το μεγάλο ρολόι.

στην αρχή, η συμμορία που ακούει Ludwig van, πίνει γάλα αλλά παράλληλα δέρνει άστεγους, βιάζει και δείχνει σε όλους τι θα πει με πράξεις “a little bit of the old ultraviolence”.
μετά η αναμόρφωση. θεραπείες ανούσιες που κάνουν τον άνθρωπο κατώτερο του ζώου. μια μηχανή που εκτελεί εντολές και ακολουθεί πιστά έναν απρόσωπο κώδικα.
και στο τέλος, η λύτρωση. μετά από προσπάθειες επανένταξης, στο μυαλό υπάρχει πάντα το γρανάζι που του θυμίζει τι ήταν και τι μπορεί να γίνει.
και όπως λέει και ο Alex στην τελευταία του φράση πριν γίνει ιστορία : ” yes. i was cured alright.”
